Fleet and Equipment Mechanic
What We Offer:
- This position is a full-time position.
- $22-$32 per hour
- Monday – Friday, with the exception of snow operations and emergency repair calls. (must be willing to work weekends and nights as needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance on company trucks, equipment, and tools. Including but not limited to, 2-cycle, gas, and diesel equipment of all shapes and sizes. Snow removal and De-icing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair broken equipment using sound logic and mechanical skills.
- Effectively manage self between ordering parts, retrieving/delivery, and completing repairs/maintenance within scheduled timeframes.
- Operate and transport equipment for testing and diagnosing purposes.
- Properly report and keep logs of all repairs and maintenance services..
- Work closely with management for determining priorities and effectively communicate solutions to problems.
- Keep workplace neat, clean and organized at all times.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Intricate mechanical knowledge with 2-cycle, gas, and diesel equipment for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- The ability to complete work within a time-sensitive schedule. Able to manage/prioritize own schedule with guidance from management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and quality workmanship. Take pride in fixing the problem right the first time.
The Basics:
- Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Must be physically able to perform duties and be willing to take on additional duties as needed.

Experience:
- Diesel Engine, Truck & Heavy Equipment Mechanics: 3 years (Preferred)
- Small Engine & Power Equipment Mechanics: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
