Commercial Landscaping Phase Two for ADM Wild Flavors in Erlanger, Kentucky
Our team at Upscale Lawncare takes pride in delivering top-of-the-line landscaping services that elevate commercial properties to new heights. Recently, we’ve had the opportunity to work once again for ADM Wild Flavors in Kentucky. Although our team is still hard at work on this update to their property, we are excited to share our progress.
Site Work:
For this project, thorough site work was conducted. This included tasks such as demolition of existing landscaping, grading, and erosion control. We utilized advanced equipment and manual labor to prepare the site for enhancements.
Landscape Installation:
The landscaping plan encompasses a wide array of plants, trees, and shrubs. They have been carefully selected to complement the building architecture and surrounding environment. From Royal Raindrops Crabapples to Karley Rose Fountain Grass, each plant will be placed to create a harmonious and vibrant landscape.
Mulching:
Mulching will play a crucial role in promoting soil health and moisture retention. We opted for dyed shredded hardwood mulch, which gives a polished look. Additionally, oversized gravel and river rocks will be incorporated to add texture and visual interest to the entrance area.
Boulder Placement:
Boulders are to be placed near the entrance area, continuing to apply an interesting aesthetic to an important focal point of the building.
Irrigation System Installation:
To ensure the long-term health of the newly-installed landscape, an efficient irrigation system will be essential. Our team designed and installed a comprehensive sprinkler system that covered both turf and landscape beds. Using high-end fixtures and advanced technology, water waste will be minimized and an emphasis will be placed on precise water distribution.
